We’re hiring Field Service Technicians to support operations at Hickam Air Force Base. This is a hands-on opportunity to directly support military personnel by ensuring their technology works seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with enlisted personnel to deliver reliable, day-to-day tech support. Your focus will be on desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices – ensuring everything is configured, secure, and functioning as expected.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Set up, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, laptops, printers, and other devices
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
  • Respond to support requests and track tickets through to resolution
  • Work alongside other IT teams to address complex technical problems
  • Keep detailed records of inventory and software licenses
  • Perform regular maintenance, such as system updates and backups
  • Guide users through basic troubleshooting and best practices
  • Support on-site device asset management


What You Bring


To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid foundation in technical support and a commitment to delivering dependable service in a secure environment.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent (DoD baseline certification)
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and related devices
  • An active Security Clearance (interim level accepted)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (a plus)
  • An IT-focused education (preferred)
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
