We’re hiring Field Service Technicians to support operations at Hickam Air Force Base. This is a hands-on opportunity to directly support military personnel by ensuring their technology works seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with enlisted personnel to deliver reliable, day-to-day tech support. Your focus will be on desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices – ensuring everything is configured, secure, and functioning as expected.
Key responsibilities include:
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Respond to support requests and track tickets through to resolution
- Work alongside other IT teams to address complex technical problems
- Keep detailed records of inventory and software licenses
- Perform regular maintenance, such as system updates and backups
- Guide users through basic troubleshooting and best practices
- Support on-site device asset management
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid foundation in technical support and a commitment to delivering dependable service in a secure environment.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent (DoD baseline certification)

6+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and related devices
- An active Security Clearance (interim level accepted)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (a plus)
- An IT-focused education (preferred)
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
