About the Role:


A boutique financial advisory firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help keep operations running smoothly and clients well cared for. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate onboarding, support marketing initiatives, and ensure every interaction reflects the firm’s high service standards.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Input and maintain data in the CRM.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, segmentation, and client outreach.
  • Record and organize case notes.
  • Support new client onboarding and ensure a seamless experience.



Qualifications:


  • 2–5 years of administrative or client service experience; financial services experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.



Compensation:


  • Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
  • Potential for performance incentives
