A boutique financial advisory firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help keep operations running smoothly and clients well cared for. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate onboarding, support marketing initiatives, and ensure every interaction reflects the firm’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Input and maintain data in the CRM.
- Assist with marketing efforts, segmentation, and client outreach.
- Record and organize case notes.
- Support new client onboarding and ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of administrative or client service experience; financial services experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
- Potential for performance incentives
