About the Role:
This well-established wealth management firm is seeking a Lead Advisor to take ownership of client relationships and deliver exceptional review meetings. You’ll inherit a roster of existing clients, with no expectation to hunt for new business, and will have the opportunity to learn directly from senior partners. This role is ideal for an advisor looking to grow into a long-term client relationship leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and run client review meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
- Shadow senior advisors to learn best practices in client engagement.
- Maintain and deepen existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior advisory experience; ability to lead meetings confidently.
- Series 6 or Series 7 license required; Series 66 or 63/65 preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $80,000 – $120,000
- Bonus potential: 10–20% based on client satisfaction, retention, and firm growth
- Overall Target Compensation: $90,000 – $160,000 (base plus bonus)
