As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Influencer Marketing & Community to lead our efforts in building impactful relationships, driving retention strategies, and strengthening our brand presence through innovative influencer and community initiatives.
The Role:
As the Director of Influencer Marketing & Community, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive influencer strategies while championing customer-centric initiatives that elevate the brand experience. This highly visible and impactful leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep passion for influencer culture, a strong understanding of digital trends, and the ability to foster meaningful community connections.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Development: Design and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across both established and emerging platforms. Oversee evergreen and campaign-specific gifting programs.

Creator Partnership Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators and influencers to ensure authentic, high-impact partnerships—including internal testing and paid collaborations.

Influencer & Customer Experience: Lead strategies to amplify brand visibility through influencer relationships while enhancing the customer experience via personalized, high-touch engagement.

Content Oversight & PR Mailers: Guide the creation and curation of influencer-generated content. Plan and execute PR mailer campaigns to amplify social buzz and brand loyalty.

Community Engagement: Own and evolve community-building strategies, including loyalty programs, to deepen brand connection and improve retention.

Retention Strategy: Build a world-class retention approach with initiatives like exclusive access, curated experiences, and meaningful community activations.

Performance & Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance. Leverage analytics and platform insights to optimize strategies and stay ahead of cultural trends.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and mentor a growing team. Partner closely with PR, social, creative, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and impact.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 6+ years in influencer marketing, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle. Experience with celebrity, athlete, or creator collaborations is a plus.

Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with talent, partners, and internal teams.

Highly Organized: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with expertise in negotiation and relationship storytelling.

Salary: $170k plus bonus
