The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who understands how to build brands that work and win attention. Someone who knows the difference between beautiful design and effective design — and how to create both at the same time.
This role is for a designer who thinks beyond aesthetics. You understand hierarchy. Messaging. Retail velocity. Shelf communication. The split-second decisions customers make in-store and online. You know how to make design feel elevated without losing clarity or commercial impact.
You’ll help shape the future visual language of MALK across packaging, campaigns, retail, digital, experiential, social, partnerships, and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to expand the brand world in ways that feel fresh, strategic, and unmistakably MALK.

What You’ll Do
- Help evolve and expand the MALK visual identity across every touchpoint
- Design packaging systems, campaign creative, retail displays, digital assets, launch moments, and brand storytelling materials
- Translate strategy into design systems that are both beautiful and commercially effective
- Bring fresh thinking to how MALK shows up in culture, retail, and the everyday lives of consumers
- Push the brand forward while maintaining consistency and cohesion across channels
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, photographers, strategists, and external partners
- Present work clearly and confidently, articulating not just what looks good, but why it works
- Balance craft, speed, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
- Stay deeply aware of culture, design trends, retail trends, packaging innovation, and emerging brands
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, preferably within CPG, lifestyle, wellness, food & beverage, beauty, or fashion-adjacent brands
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, impeccable taste, and commercially smart execution
- Experience designing for physical retail environments and understanding how consumers shop
- Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, packaging systems, and storytelling through design
- Ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative workflows
- Motion, 3D, illustration, or experiential design experience is a plus
- Ability to take feedback well, collaborate openly, and contribute positively to creative culture
- A growth mindset and genuine excitement to build something meaningful alongside a passionate team
