Senior Designer


We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can operate beyond execution—someone who brings strong design judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently drive high-quality creative across multiple formats.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, product storytelling, and commercial design, with a focus on elevating how ideas show up across packaging, retail environments, and digital channels.

Compensation

  • $100,000–$110,000 base salary
  • Fully remote


What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for leading design work across a range of touchpoints, including:

  • Packaging design support (visual direction and layout—not structural dielines)
  • Retail signage and in-store visual systems
  • Social media creative and campaign assets
  • Cross-channel brand expression and consistency

Beyond production, you’ll help shape how concepts come to life visually and ensure they align with broader brand and business goals.

What We’re Looking For

This is not a “wait for feedback” role. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Produces strong first-pass work with minimal iteration needed
  • Operates independently without heavy art direction or hand-holding
  • Thinks strategically about why a design works, not just how it looks
  • Can clearly articulate and defend design decisions
  • Brings thoughtful, elevated design thinking to commercial problems
  • Acts as a quiet leader in elevating creative standards across the team


You likely have:

  • Strong experience across brand, retail, or consumer-facing design work
  • A portfolio that shows range across packaging, campaign, and environmental design
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, iterative environments without losing craft quality
  • A reputation for being reliable, sharp, and low-friction to collaborate with
