What you’ll do:
💰 Manage payroll for the Netherlands with our provider Deel (data checks, payslips, compliance)
📑 Draft & review contracts, amendments, and HR documents (BE & NL labor law)
🤝 Support the HRBP with employee relations, disciplinary cases & contract terminations
⚖️ Advise management on employment law and liaise with external lawyers
📊 Keep HR data up to date & provide key reporting to the Group
What you bring:
🎓 Degree in HR, Social Law, or Payroll Management
💼 2–3 years’ HR experience (multi-site or retail a strong plus)
📘 Strong knowledge of local payroll systems & labor law (Belgium & Netherlands)
🌍 Fluent in Dutch & English (French B1/B2 is a plus)
💡 Rigor, autonomy, and a true team spirit
