Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Juno Beach, FL (100% Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Position Type: Contract – 1 Year (with potential extensions)

Pay Rate: $45/hour (W2)

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Visa Holders (no C2C or sponsorship available)





Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support a fast-paced, data-driven environment focused on optimizing and expanding our data infrastructure. This position requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL development, data modeling, and data analytics, with a deep working knowledge of AWS Redshift, DBT, Python, SQL, and GIT integration.


You will be embedded in a collaborative environment and work closely with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to create meaningful insights and support decision-making across the organization.





Key Responsibilities:



  • Data Warehousing: Design, implement, and manage scalable and high-performance data warehouses using AWS Redshift
  • ETL Development: Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines using DBT, integrating data from multiple sources
  • Data Modeling: Develop and maintain logical and physical data models aligned with business requirements
  • SQL & Python Development: Write efficient SQL and Python code to extract, clean, analyze, and deliver actionable insights
  • Automation: Create scripts and tools to automate processes and integrate external systems
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune data processes for performance and accuracy
  • Collaboration: Engage cross-functionally with business teams, data scientists, and engineers to support analytics initiatives and reporting needs






Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Engineer role
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and ETL pipeline development
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift and DBT
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance, and analytics best practices
  • Familiar with GIT for version control and integration
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills






Preferred Skills:



  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and real-time data pipelines
  • Prior exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS environment preferred)
