Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on ERP modernization, digital transformation, and SAP deployment. This individual will manage project timelines, resources, stakeholder communication, and delivery to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of large-scale IT programs, especially around SAP and enterprise systems
• Create program roadmaps, define KPIs, and manage risks
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet milestones
• Report on status, budget, and performance to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and company standards

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience
• Experience managing SAP or large ERP rollouts
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP certification preferred
