Our client is an innovative and fast-growing technology manufacturer developing specialist products for global markets. As the business continues to expand internationally, they are looking to appoint a highly organised Senior Export Coordinator to support and manage the operational flow of the business.
This role will start as a 6 month contract but will go permanent.
This is a key position within the organisation, responsible for coordinating global logistics, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring operational systems run efficiently as the company scales its manufacturing and international delivery capability.

Role Responsibilities
- Coordinating global shipments and managing the movement of goods internationally
- Preparing export documentation including Certificates of Origin, customs paperwork and shipping documentation
- Managing the end-to-end order flow from quotation through to final invoicing
- Liaising with freight forwarders, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitoring shipment progress and resolving any delivery or documentation issues
- Supporting the development and improvement of operational processes as the business grows
- Using digital tools and internal systems to track orders, shipments and project milestones
- Ensuring operational deadlines and project timelines are maintained
- Supporting leadership with operational reporting and administrative coordination
- Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, customers and contractors
- Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation
- Ensuring export, operational and company documentation is maintained and compliant
- Supporting general office administration and coordination across the team
- Assisting with procurement of materials, equipment and services
- Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- Tracking supplier costs and supporting cost reporting for operational and manufacturing activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal systems and operational processes
- Supporting the development of scalable procedures as the business continues to grow
Essential Skills & Experience
- MUST have previous experience within either customs/ export logistics/ supply chain coordination
- Experience managing international shipping or export documentation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills when working with suppliers, freight partners and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling export documentation and operational records
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience using CRM or project management systems is advantageous
