A full service property maintenance and management firm based in Oak Park, MI is looking for an experienced Landscape Irrigation Technician. The ideal candidate will have the interest and ability to grow into Irrigation Department Leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform irrigation maintenance and repair services, including spring start ups and winterizations
• Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Assist with snow removal operations in the winter
• Train new team members
• Help with other duties and in other areas of the business as needed

Requirements

• Sufficient irrigation knowledge and experience
• Able to perform irrigation system start ups, winterizations, and repairs
• Able to program and adjust irrigation clocks
• Valid driver's license
• Able to handle the physical demands and outdoor working conditions of the job

Compensation

• $50,000 salary; negotiable based on experience
