We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Install Foreman to lead our installation crews in delivering exceptional outdoor environments for high-end residential clients. This role requires strong leadership, a keen eye for design execution, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscape installation crew.
• Interpret landscape design plans and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Manage materials, equipment, and scheduling to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape installation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plant material, hardscape construction, and irrigation systems is a plus
• Experience with equipment such as: mini-excavators, skid-steers, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints and plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

• $24-30/hour based on experience
