We are currently searching for a temporary to permanent Project Coordinator for a Healthcare Membership Organization. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

PAY RATE: $26.00 - $29.00 / hour
Is This Your Dream Job: The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing technical and operational support to the organization's Advancement team. This role involves maintaining project plans, issue logs, and project documentation with attention to detail. The Project Coordinator must demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, lead or participate in project meetings and workgroups concurrently managing multiple projects. Additionally, this position oversees relationships and tasks between the organization and member organizations within business and healthcare environments.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in business, training, or project management OR 6 years of equivalent experience.
- Previous experience with project management software and CRM Tool, experience with Scoro highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proven ability in analytical problem-solving.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Effective performance in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
- Team-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering results in demanding environments.
How You'll Spend Your Day:
- Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing; taking project through final implementation.
- Establish and monitor project control activities across multiple projects.
- Assist with specific administrative tasks related to setting up project folders, project schedules, process documentation, outline templates, and reporting, etc.
- Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders to gather data/information, address programmatic inquiries, and support report writing.
- Track that all issues are captured, resolved and that resolutions are documented and communicated.
- Coordinate the dissemination of project-related publications and collateral using print and electronic media (e.g., social media, email, website) in collaboration with Marketing and Communications teams and/or external partners.
- Assist in maintaining and onboarding Leadership Council members, including membership renewals, contact list maintenance, and scheduling bi-annual meetings while providing high-level communications.
- Maintain project management system and prepare regular reports.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, summarize action items, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Possess a general understanding of project scope and objectives, along with a basic understanding of project team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating activities and tasks.
