Duties:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sort and organize files, including proper disposition
  • Assist with processing correspondence
  • Support records retention procedures 
  • Manage intake and processing of customer forms


Computer Software Requirements: 

  • Basic Microsoft Office – word, excel


Skills Required:

  • General administrative support
  • File organization and management 

Handling and processing correspondence


The hiring range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
