A well-established, family-owned restaurant group based in the Southeast is looking for a sharp, experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to join their team at a high-volume, full-service concept in Charleston, SC. If you're passionate about food, love leading teams, and know your way around the numbers—this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values people and quality.


As Executive Kitchen Manager, You’ll:

  • Run day-to-day kitchen operations like a pro
  • Hire, train, and lead a strong back-of-house team
  • Ensure every plate meets high standards of consistency and quality
  • Control food and labor costs, manage inventory and ordering
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times
  • Work hand-in-hand with FOH leadership to deliver a great guest experience


What We’re Looking For in an Executive Kitchen Manager:

  • 5+ years in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
  • Strong background in scratch-made food and cost control
  • Confident leadership with great communication skills
  • ServSafe certified (or willing to get it)
