Human Resources Manager

Hybrid 3x days, Hertfordshire Office

£50k-£60k DOE


Our client are a managed service provider focusing on SME and mid-market customers with propositions in the MSP, Print and Comms industry. They are now seeking a HR Manager to join their team.


This person will report to the CEO and oversee all company HR, supporting the Executive in preparing all internal and external HR reporting as well as providing expert timely and insightful people & payroll analysis, to support the business in maximising profitability and efficiency.


This is a new role to the company, so you will have the opportunity to develop the HR Strategy and ensure achievement of the objectives agreed.


The role:

  • You will manage the whole Human Resources function
  • You will support all employees across the organisation and be involved in mentoring programmes, and shaping the future of this new department
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a personable demeanour, and a strong background in employee relations
  • You will provide staff learning and career development, and give advice to the Executive and Senior Managers
  • You will manage the HR Department budget and have experience in assisting with payroll as well as annual employee benefit returns.
