We are working with a growing Microsoft CSP that is looking to appoint a Microsoft Business Manager to take ownership of and build out its Microsoft proposition. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands how to create structure, strengthen vendor relationships, and help a sales organisation unlock greater value across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Microsoft Business partner / Partner account manager

Base to £70k

OTE

The Opportunity

Right now, there is huge potential, but limited infrastructure and process in place around Microsoft. That means this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, shaping, influencing, and creating momentum.

You will play a key role in developing the Microsoft side of the business by strengthening relationships with Microsoft, improving internal alignment, and helping the sales teams better understand and sell the proposition.

The Role

As Microsoft Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Microsoft CSP business and becoming the internal focal point for all things Microsoft.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and develop the Microsoft strategy within the business
  • Create more structure, process, and internal best practice around the Microsoft CSP offering
  • Develop and manage relationships with Microsoft and relevant partner contacts
  • Support and enable the sales teams to better understand the Microsoft proposition
  • Identify opportunities to increase Microsoft-related revenue across the customer base
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve alignment, communication, and execution
  • Act as the Microsoft specialist and trusted advisor within the organisation
  • Drive vendor engagement, partner programmes, incentives, and go-to-market activity

What We’re Looking For

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience in a Microsoft CSP, Microsoft reseller, VAR, MSP, or partner-led environment, and who understand what good looks like when it comes to building a Microsoft practice.

  • Experience working within a Microsoft CSP or Microsoft partner business
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft commercial landscape, partner ecosystem, and vendor engagement
  • Experience building or improving processes, structure, and internal capability around Microsoft
  • The ability to work with sales teams and help them position and grow Microsoft solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities
  • Confidence working both strategically and hands-on
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to build from relatively little existing structure

Why Join?

This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark in a business that sees Microsoft as a major growth area. You will not be stepping into a role where everything is already built; you will be shaping the future of the Microsoft practice.

Build something meaningful

Become a key part of the future strategy

Influence senior stakeholders

Use your Microsoft CSP expertise in a high-impact role

Strengthen a Microsoft proposition from the ground up

Work across vendor, sales, and leadership teams

Play a visible role in driving revenue growth

Join a business where your ideas can shape the function

Interested? If you have a Microsoft CSP background and want a role where you can genuinely add value, build capability, and drive growth, we would love to hear from you.
