Enterprise Account Executive (UK) — London (Hybrid)

Base of £110,000

OTE of £110,000 uncapped with accelerators

(many earning £300k +)

 

The company

A high-growth, mission-led AI & tech upskilling platform is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate new business across strategic UK enterprise accounts.

 

You’ll sell a workforce upskilling solution that helps organisations build critical AI, data and tech capability — with a strong social impact angle around opportunity and mobility.

 

The opportunity

Join a fast-scaling GTM team with a proven sales playbook, structured training, and a strong development culture — with the chance to build a long-term portfolio of strategic accounts.

 

What you’ll be doing

·      Run end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, owning deals from prospecting through close

·      Sales cycles of circa 4-8 months

·      AOV’s of £500k - £1m +

·      Drive new logo acquisition across a set of high-priority strategic accounts

·      Sell into C-suite and C-2 stakeholders with a consultative, value-led approach

·      Use MEDDIC (or similar) to qualify, progress and forecast opportunities

·      Partner with a Business Value/ROI function to build commercial cases and close complex deals

·      Build internal champions to land and expand accounts over time

 

What they’re looking for

·      3 + years closing experience in an enterprise B2B sales environment

·      Clear track record of creating and winning new business (not just account farming)

·      Story telling & business case building

·      Strong process discipline across a full sales cycle (pipeline → close)

·      Consistent top-performer mindset; high energy; raises the bar

·      Motivated by purpose / social impact as well as performance
