For our client, one of the most innovative and growth-oriented product companies in the tech industry, we are looking for a Head of Product Growth - remote, hybrid, Pozna艅 and surrounding areas.


We are seeking an individual to support the team in creating a completely new product based on AI technologies.


馃敻 Key Responsibilities and Tasks 馃敻

  • Developing and implementing a product growth strategy for SaaS products, with a focus on increasing the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities and introducing product innovations.
  • Managing the product lifecycle from concept through implementation to optimization and performance analysis.
  • Collaborating with UX/UI teams to ensure an excellent user experience and optimizing products to meet customer needs.
  • Analyzing the tech market and SaaS industry trends and making data-driven decisions.
  • Working closely with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to ensure the consistent implementation of the product strategy.
  • Monitoring key KPIs and optimizing product initiatives based on data analysis.


馃敻 Your Profile 馃敻

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a tech service company at the C-level or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of product growth and revenue increase in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product management practices.
  • Knowledge of market and technology trends in the SaaS industry.
  • Creativity, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Very good command of English (B2/C1).

  • Experience in creating and launching cross-convergent products.
  • Ability to work with interface design tools (Figma).
  • Higher education in management, computer science, marketing, or related fields.
