Summary

 

Our client is a rapidly expanding cannabis retail chain in Thailand, currently holding a leading position in the local market. Their ambition is to become the largest cannabis chain in the country while building a beloved and trusted consumer brand.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct local research and understand how to implement it to make the business more successful.
  • Ready to conduct quality and quantitative research.
  • Good understanding of customer profile, road map, behavior
  • Be ready to create and implement country marketing strategy within an environment with unpredictable legislative factors and a fast‐growing industry
  • Lead and manage marketing team. Focus marketing department to work for business goals and results
  • Collaborate with creative and communication brand platforms
  • Tight communication with Commercial and Business Development departments
  • Year| Monthly budgeting
  • Balanced analytics decision to promote new marketing tools
  • Conduct big events for 5000 guests +
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to cannabis marketing and advertising.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, media outlets, and industry partners
  • Stay updated on cannabis industry trends and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly

 

Experience / Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in retail or regulated industries (experience in cannabis is a plus).
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of offline and online marketing, research, analytics
  • Successful cooperation with best Thai agencies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
  • Experience in the cannabis industry or other regulated markets.
  • Familiarity with cannabis culture and consumer behavior.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai is highly preferred.
