Product Labelling Coordinator – Job Description


Compensation: 60 – 70K


White Ash Group has been engaged by a fully licensed Cannabis cultivation, processing, and

consumer packaged goods company to recruit their next Product Labelling Coordinator.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join the production team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, ensuring high-

quality output, and meeting production deadlines. This role requires technical expertise,

precision, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding printed materials.


Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain various types of printing equipment (e.g., Zebra thermal

transfer and direct thermal printers, digital printers such as Konica Accurio).

• Perform adjustments and calibrations to ensure accurate and consistent print quality.

• Review print orders and specifications to ensure compliance.

• Monitor the printing process to identify and resolve issues promptly.

• Conduct routine maintenance and on printing machinery.

• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring color accuracy, proper

alignment, and overall excellence.

• Manage and track inventory of printing materials and supplies.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certifications or training in printing technologies.

• Experience with prepress and post-production processes.

• Proven experience as a printing technician or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with various printing technologies and equipment.

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
