We’re seeking a Territory / Account Manager to lead business development and account retention efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your assigned territory. What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a defined territory by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct site visits to assess facility needs and recommend tailored service solutions.
- Network within the community and engage in prospecting activities, including cold calls and follow-ups.
- Provide responsive customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Manage and increase the gross margin generated from your territory / account base.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Demonstrated ability to identify root cause of problems, identify alternatives to resolve them, and selecting the best resolution and putting into action.
