We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service team and uphold our standards of excellence.


Position Overview

The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service repairs, and superior customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, automotive service expertise, and the ability to build trust with clients while effectively managing technicians and service advisors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all service department staff, including technicians and service advisors
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all service and repair work
  • Monitor department performance, productivity, and profitability
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and exceptional service
  • Develop and implement processes to maximize efficiency and customer experience
  • Oversee parts ordering, quality control, and warranty processes
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate service personnel


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager (luxury or high-line automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and service department operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 per year plus commission
  • Paid vacation

  • Closed all major holidays
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
