• Analyze and optimize carrier performance to achieve competitive shipping rates and improved service levels.
• Maintain critical client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Consistently update internal systems to reflect accurate shipment information, supporting organizational transparency and accountability.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in ocean freight coordination or related logistics roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing international shipments and customs procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize import strategies and carrier performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client and partner relationships.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools for shipment tracking and documentation.
