Responsibilities 

• Track and trace shipments
• Prepare and process documentation, such as air waybills, commercial documents, and customs documents
• Enter data into the operating system
• Dispatch freight
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and other offices
• Monitor reports
• Bill clients
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements
• Conduct audits to verify shipments
• Identify and record discrepancies

Skills and qualifications 

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written and verbal requests
• Ability to compose letters, emails, and other written documentation
• Ability to present oneself in a professional manner
• Working knowledge of Microsoft software applications
