Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare and review all operational documentation, including BOLs, AWBs, commercial invoices, etc
• Track and trace shipments, proactively communicating updates to customers and addressing any service issues.
• Work with carriers, trucking partners, and warehouses to schedule pickups, deliveries, and consolidations.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and government requirements.
• Provide high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Support problem resolution and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on process improvements and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics experience
• Knowledge processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with cargo management systems (CargoWise experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
