Customer Service Manager (Warehouse/Office)
We currently use this person as both CSM and office manager, in charge of paying some vendors but the later will be a different position that we are already working on.
Here’s the main responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills, communication is key.
- Leadership experience, as will have 6 persons in charge. Customer Service Reps and account mangers
- Logistics experience, 3PL and Freight forwarding experience required.
- CargoWise and Deposco WMS experience is a plus.
- Onsite job in Burlington, New Jersey.
