Operations Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for a defined portfolio of key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination across vessel agency, port operations, and logistics services.
• Oversee end-to-end cargo and vessel operations for assigned clients, managing scheduling, documentation, and compliance with maritime regulations and client-specific requirements.
• Monitor real-time shipment and port activity, proactively identifying and resolving delays, discrepancies, or service disruptions to maintain client satisfaction and operational continuity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including ship operators, port authorities, stevedores, and third-party vendors to optimize service delivery.
• Prepare and present detailed operational performance reports, KPIs, and post-voyage analyses to clients and internal leadership on a regular basis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and compliance teams to ensure accurate billing, contract adherence, and regulatory reporting for each account.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts and support the commercial team with onboarding new clients by translating operational capabilities into client solutions.
