Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments (FTL, LTL, air, and expedited freight)
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates and resolving delays
• Source and negotiate capacity with carriers when needed
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, PODs, customs paperwork, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company standards
• Handle escalations and proactively troubleshoot service issues
• Maintain accurate records within TMS/CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain (brokerage experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with TMS platforms and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) preferred
• Basic understanding of freight modes (truckload, LTL, air freight, expedited)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed (some after-hours coordination may be required)
