Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and transportation coordination.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, coordinators, and supervisors.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and government requirements.
• Monitor branch KPIs, including productivity, revenue, cost management, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client growth and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Resolve escalated customer or operational issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation experience; at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export processes, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Proficiency with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
