Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor 5 office-based operations staff, ensuring performance, development, and accountability.
• Oversee all office operational functions, including customer service, dispatch, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless coordination between office operations and warehouse activities.
• Monitor KPIs, including operational efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and refine SOPs to optimize workflow and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Support financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Serve as a key point of contact for escalated customer or operational issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of management experience leading office operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple direct reports effectively.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, import/export documentation, and operational workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coordinating office operations with warehouse functions.
• Proficiency in TMS, WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
