Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update pricing models for freight, shipping, and logistics services.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide accurate quotes to customers.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to recommend adjustments.
• Monitor rate agreements, contracts, and tariffs to ensure compliance and profitability.
• Support margin management by identifying risks and opportunities in pricing structures.
• Assist in implementing pricing tools, automation, and systems to streamline workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation of rates, contracts, and pricing policies.
• Provide reporting and insights to leadership to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in pricing, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with international shipping, tariffs, and freight rate structures preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, pricing software, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
