Maintenance Services Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Services Manager to lead and elevate a growing property management maintenance operation. This is a high-impact role blending field leadership, team management, vendor oversight, and financial performance.
You’ll oversee technicians, vendor partners, and project teams while staying close to the work—supporting jobs in the field, ensuring quality, and driving operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians, vendor dispatch, and project teams
- Spend time in the field supporting jobs, conducting QA, and improving execution
- Own scheduling, productivity, and service-level performance
- Manage vendor relationships, pricing, and performance standards
- Drive department profitability (labor, materials, vendor costs)
- Analyze reporting, track KPIs, and implement process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years in property management maintenance (1–2+ years leadership)
- Strong experience with scheduling, vendors, and team oversight
- Financial acumen—budgets, cost control, and pricing
- Comfortable being both in the field and in leadership meetings
- Experience with AppFolio or similar systems preferred
