Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing
• Invoice coding & 3-way match (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Vendor payments, statements and inquiries
• Account reconciliations
• Travel expenses audit & reimbursement
• High attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years AP experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, strong communicator
• Experience with paperless A/P
• Excel proficiency & ERP experience needed
