We’re looking for a high-performing Franchise Business Consultant to oversee operations for a quick-service, high-volume restaurant brand. If you’re a hands-on, people-focused leader who thrives on delivering operational excellence, and growing a brand—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Train and develop general managers and high-potential team members
- Conduct regular audits and operational assessments, addressing gaps and elevating performance
- Support new restaurant openings, pop-up activations, and brand events
- Build strong relationships with licensees and local teams, offering operational guidance and support
- Analyze financial data to drive results in labor, food cost, and overall profitability
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of multi-unit or senior-level QSR/fast casual leadership
- Proven success in quick-service, high-volume environments
- Strong people leadership and training experience
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, including local and national trips
- Adaptability, grit, and a “lead-by-example” mentality
