Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly and quarterly close process across multiple teams and business lines
• Review financial data and investigate anomalies or discrepancies as needed
• Oversee key operational functions related to finance, including transactional flow and team coordination
• Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline procedures and improve visibility into financial performance
• Support external review processes and provide required financial information in a timely manner
• Monitor cross-border activities and assist with related currency and compliance matters
• Guide and mentor junior team members; create development plans and promote best practices
• Respond to leadership inquiries with thoughtful, data-informed insights

Ideal Background:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (advanced credentials preferred)
• Prior experience managing or leading a finance or accounting team
• Strong working knowledge of financial systems and tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision and professionalism
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
