Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can blend financial expertise with strong business judgment to help guide organizational performance. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how the company understands its financial health, supports growth initiatives, and evaluates strategic choices.

This position works directly with executive leadership and provides broad exposure to all facets of the business, including commercial operations, internal functions, technology, and strategic planning. Rather than operating within a narrow specialty, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions across the entire organization and gain insight into how each function contributes to overall results.

We are seeking someone with a strong FP&A background, a passion for data-driven storytelling, and the ability to connect metrics with real operational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare executive-level financial summaries that clearly highlight trends, performance drivers, and variances against expectations.
  • Lead recurring financial review cycles, ensuring that results are interpreted accurately and communicated effectively.
  • Create and refine analytical models and performance dashboards to track margins, profitability, and operating metrics.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights that guide leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure financial statements and internal reporting remain consistent and reliable.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning

  • Partner with leaders across the company to develop operating budgets and forecast updates that align with business priorities.
  • Support long-term planning, scenario analyses, and financial evaluations of new initiatives or investments.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities by comparing performance against plans and forecasts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Decision Support

  • Work alongside operational and commercial teams to assess pricing, evaluate new business opportunities, and review customer or project-level profitability.
  • Provide financial perspective that helps shape day-to-day decisions as well as long-range strategy.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting processes, planning tools, and automation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar corporate finance role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methods, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with financial systems or BI platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator who can work directly with senior leaders and present complex information clearly.
  • Highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $125k - $135k
