Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a full-cycle HR Generalist, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Manage recruitment, new hire onboarding, and orientation
  • Administer benefits enrollment and serve as a point of contact for employee questions
  • Process employee changes, terminations, and maintain HRIS records
  • Coordinate and manage leaves of absence in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations
  • Support employee relations and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture
  • Partner with payroll on employee updates and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment law
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience managing LOA, benefits, and onboarding is highly valued
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required); advanced degrees not necessary
