Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a full-cycle HR Generalist, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Manage recruitment, new hire onboarding, and orientation
- Administer benefits enrollment and serve as a point of contact for employee questions
- Process employee changes, terminations, and maintain HRIS records
- Coordinate and manage leaves of absence in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations
- Support employee relations and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture
- Partner with payroll on employee updates and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment law
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience managing LOA, benefits, and onboarding is highly valued
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required); advanced degrees not necessary
