Overview:
Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This high-impact role will be responsible for full P&L ownership, delivering financial insights that influence strategic decisions, and partnering cross-functionally to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full P&L analysis and forecasting for assigned business units or products
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
- Own the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with department heads
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial modeling and scenario planning
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers
- Collaborate with accounting on month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support ad hoc analysis and business case development for new initiatives
- Continuously improve forecasting tools, models, and FP&A processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 4+ years of FP&A experience with full P&L ownership, ideally in a mid-to-large company
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
