Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager with a strong background in tax planning and compliance for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and S-Corporations, as well as Pass-Through Entities. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex tax scenarios and delivering excellent client service while ensuring full compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax planning, preparation, and compliance for HNWI, S-Corporations, and pass-through entities.
• Provide strategic tax advice and financial planning for high-net-worth clients, ensuring efficient tax strategies.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, etc.).
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and stay current with changing tax laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide tax guidance to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
• Identify opportunities for tax minimization strategies and ensure proactive planning for clients.
• Mentor and guide junior staff on tax-related matters, reviewing their work and ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• Minimum 6 years of tax experience, with a focus on HNWI, S-Corps, and pass-through entities.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Experience with tax preparation and planning for complex individual and entity tax returns.
• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., UltraTax, CCH, ProSystems) and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
