What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a trusted finance point of contact for local business leaders across multiple teams.
  • Review financial and operational activity to flag patterns, uncover risks, and highlight potential areas of improvement.
  • Provide real-time insights on key decisions — whether it's staffing adjustments, resource allocation, or market-facing spend.
  • Own the rhythm of forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews for the region.
  • Assist in rolling up key reporting packages and tracking high-level metrics across the broader organization.
  • Support a range of efforts — from pricing adjustments to labor planning to growth initiatives.
  • Keep a pulse on the financial health of the region, balancing cost discipline with strategic support.
  • Communicate findings in a clear, no-nonsense way that resonates with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • A solid foundation in finance, analytics, or a similar field — with hands-on experience under your belt.
  • Comfort working closely with operations or regional teams; experience in multi-location or people-heavy environments is helpful.
  • A knack for modeling, variance tracking, and making sense of performance drivers.
  • The ability to simplify complexity — distilling data into something actionable.
  • A calm, focused approach in fast-paced or high-change settings.
  • Tools like Excel and business intelligence platforms should feel like second nature.
  • Most importantly, you bring strong business sense and the confidence to speak up when it matters.
