We’re currently seeking an analytical and detail-driven Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team.



Position Overview:

The AP Analyst will support the day-to-day accounts payable function, focusing on invoice validation, payment processing, vendor communication, and data accuracy. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of the brand by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant AP operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices in alignment with purchase orders and company policies
  • Validate invoice coding, approvals, and payment terms prior to disbursement
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Monitor and analyze AP aging reports to ensure timely payments
  • Assist in month-end close procedures, including accruals and reporting
  • Liaise with Procurement, Inventory, and Store Operations teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain vendor master data and ensure accurate setup within the ERP system
  • Identify opportunities for automation and support ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with audit requests and ensure adherence to internal controls
  • Support 1099 reporting and year-end AP tasks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in retail or luxury goods
  • Strong understanding of three-way matching, invoice validation, and payment processing
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar); NetSuite a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
