Senior Accountant – Healthcare Industry – Work Under Supportive Controller

Elevate has been engaged by an exceptional healthcare company that is hiring a Senior Accountant due to growth! Join a team-oriented accounting department that is extremely knowledgeable, positive, and has a great relationship with their Controller and CFO. This is a great role for a person that wants to dive in week 1, be a proactive problem solver, and wants to continue to progress in their career. Our client is eager to hire a naturally driven person who wants to join a laid back and down-to-earth team.

• Be a key part in the month end close process, reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and compile financial statements
• Help oversee the staff accountants and be a proactive problem solver, which will allow you to hone in your management skills as will as continue to conduct hands on accounting work
• Work with external auditors, assist with the budget of the company, and work closely with the Controller and CFO
• Continue to find improvements in how the company is reporting in QuickBooks
