Our client is looking for an experienced tax accountant who enjoys the complex work of public accounting but can’t put in the long hours during tax season. This is a great role for someone with small children who may need the flexibility to pick up kids from school or someone who wants to cap their hours during busy season to have more work/life balance. This is a small local firm that is very selective with the clients they bring on and cares about providing exceptional tax services. Join a group of talented CPA’s who enjoy taking on challenging work while also understanding the importance of family life and life outside of work. Each Partner at this firm came from a large CPA firm where they enjoyed serving complex clients but desired flexibility and the ability to work-from home or flex their hours as needed over the years.

• Take ownership for Federal & State tax compliance preparation and review for established business entities – many of which are highly complex partnerships with dozens of owners
• Communicate with clients and partners regarding tax planning opportunities and be a trusted advisor to the business
• Work closely with Staff and Partners to solve complex tax problems
