Billing Specialist – Play a key role in this fast paced, growing construction company - $50-60k


This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to join a ‘hidden gem’ company in our community and be a key contributor from day one. This is a unique position that would be perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and digging into the details of billing, has a keen sense of customer service, and has an entrepreneurial side to them that is always open and ready for the new challenges that each day presents. You will have direct exposure to the Controller and Owner of the company, and they will turn to you each day to help solve problems and efficiently run the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Update work orders and collaborate with project managers to create invoices across several departments
  • Run construction progress reports to calculate percentage of billings completed
  • Be the “go to” person for any questions regarding billing and maintain customer established customer relationships
  • Be flexible! In a small business, everybody chips in to get the job done so you will have the opportunity to jump in and tackle new projects each week
