Responsibilities

• Streamline and optimize month-end close processes
• Be a true builder and steward of culture that is built to last many years into the future
• Lead a team blended with Big 4 alums and rock star accounting professionals who started their career in private industry
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, providing financial statement deliverables to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data, improve communication, and implement integrated solutions that align with organizational goals.
