Accounts Receivable Specialist - $60k -$70k salary + annual profit share

This organization is seeking an AR Specialist to become a key member of their small but highly impactful accounting team. In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing the billing and collections process as well as take ownership for all client invoicing and cash applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, coordinating and distributing client invoices in a fast-paced environment
  • Processing and monitoring incoming payments and applying them accurately to the general ledger
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client billing through detailed reconciliation processes, addressing discrepancies as needed
  • Manage collections professionally and courteously through clear communication with customers and responsible parties
