EctoHR, Inc. is a dynamic Human Resources firm, providing a full range of HR consulting & outsourcing services to various organizations in and around Michigan. Due to the rapid growth of the organization, we are looking to add an HR Generalist to our internal team in Brighton, MI.
The Human Resources Generalist Position
The Human Resources Generalist supports EctoHR’s clients by managing the full breadth of HR functions and serving as a trusted partner. A typical day may include supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, administering payroll and benefits, handling employee relations matters, maintaining compliance documentation, and helping ensure HR processes run efficiently and effectively. A strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist collaborates closely with clients to provide hands-on support in areas such as policy implementation, performance management, training coordination, compliance tracking, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, discretion, and the confidence to identify gaps and recommend practical solutions.
Under the direction of the Leadership Team, the Human Resources Generalist has the opportunity to make an immediate impact on client organizations and play a meaningful role in helping people and organizations grow!
