A new grab-and-go health food concept focused on organic, high-quality ingredients. Inspired by family-run organic farms, aims to redefine healthy fast-casual dining and expand globally. The first flagship store will open in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.


Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Chef to lead its culinary operations, develop innovative, health-focused menus, and ensure exceptional food quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in organic, nutritious, and grab-and-go cuisine, strong knowledge of food trends, and the ability to establish standardized recipes for future franchising.


Key Responsibilities


Menu & Concept Development

βœ” Create and refine a fresh, innovative menu with organic, nutritious grab-and-go items.

βœ” Research and implement global food trends to ensure competitive offerings.

βœ” Develop standardized recipes that balance nutrition, taste, and presentation.

βœ” Work closely with local and international suppliers to source premium ingredients.

Kitchen & Operations Management

βœ” Oversee kitchen setup, organization, and daily operations on the second floor of the store.

βœ” Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and food consistency.

βœ” Implement food safety and hygiene standards in line with local and international regulations.

Team Leadership & Training

βœ” Hire, train, and develop a skilled kitchen team to execute the menu at a high standard.

βœ” Design and implement training manuals and workshops to maintain food quality.

βœ” Foster a collaborative kitchen culture that encourages innovation and consistency.

Brand & Business Growth

βœ” Align food presentation with the company’s organic and health-conscious branding.

βœ” Support long-term franchise expansion by developing scalable kitchen systems.

βœ” Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure storytelling through food.


Qualifications & Requirements

βœ” Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or R&D Chef in a healthy, organic, or fast-casual concept.

βœ” Strong knowledge of current food trends, nutrition, and sustainable sourcing.

βœ” Experience in kitchen setup, menu engineering, and operational efficiency.

βœ” Proven leadership skills with a track record of hiring and developing teams.

βœ” Ability to balance creativity with cost control and operational feasibility.

βœ” Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region (preferred, not required).


Compensation & Benefits

βœ” Base Salary: $4,000 per month

βœ” Housing Provided (company-assisted accommodation)

βœ” Transportation Provided

βœ” Annual Leave: 30 days paid vacation + flight home
