Position Overview:
An established, physician-led health and wellness clinic in Gillette, Wyoming, is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-focused mental health care in a collaborative and innovative environment. The position allows autonomy within the psychiatry department while benefiting from a fully supportive medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders across various age groups.
- Prescribe and administer psychotherapeutic treatments and medications.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain and analyze patient records, including social and medical histories.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals on treatment strategies.
- Conduct evaluations, diagnostic tests, and counseling sessions.
- Educate and communicate with patients' families about conditions and treatment plans.
- Stay current on industry advancements through continuing education, research, and seminars.
- Review and refine treatment procedures to enhance patient care.
- Engage in community mental health initiatives and committee participation.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Completion of a four-year psychiatric residency.
- Board certification in Psychiatry and eligibility for Wyoming state licensure.
- Strong diagnostic skills, emotional intelligence, and communication abilities.

Salary: Competitive base salary with performance incentives.

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation: $100,000 bonus upon start.
